When I started building MyZubster, I wanted to create a digital map of trees, forests, and green spaces.
But soon I realized: nature is not just beautiful — it is valuable.
Today, I’m proud to announce the next major evolution of MyZubster:
Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization.
🏛️ What We Are Building
We just opened 5 new issues that will transform MyZubster into a decentralized real estate and land investment platform.
🗺️ 1. Land Parcel Data Model (#189)
Every piece of land, farm, or forest on the map becomes a digital asset with:
- Location (polygon)
- Size (hectares)
- Owner wallet
- Land type (agricultural, forest, residential)
💳 2. Land Tokenization API (#190)
Land parcels can be fractionalized into tokens.
For example: 1 hectare = 1000 tokens.
Anyone can buy a share of a forest, a fruit orchard, or a carbon credit project.
💰 3. Profit Distribution Engine (#191)
When the land generates income — from fruit sales, carbon credits, or rent — the revenue is automatically distributed to token holders via the Multisig Gateway.
🛒 4. Real Estate Token Marketplace (#192)
Token holders can buy and sell their land shares on a dedicated marketplace.
Land becomes liquid, tradeable, and accessible to anyone.
📊 5. Investor Portfolio Dashboard (#193)
A full dashboard showing:
- Land owned
- Total invested
- Yield and projected returns
- Real-time data on trees, crops, and carbon credits
🧠 Why This Matters
This is not just a feature — it’s a new economic model for nature.
- Landowners can raise capital by tokenizing their land.
- Investors can buy a share of a farm or forest and earn passive income.
- The planet benefits from more reforestation, biodiversity, and carbon capture.
All transactions are handled via Monero, multisig escrow, and blockchain-based verification.
