My name is Daniyar, i am PMO at telecom company Beeline Kazakhstan

As our development team at Beeline Kazakhstan has grown to over 600 developers, with around 80% working remotely, it has become increasingly difficult to understand who is performing well and who might be struggling. This raises an important question: how can we effectively measure productivity without resorting to excessive control or micromanagement?
