Four days into building Dev Suit, I've learned a lesson I wish I'd understood earlier:
Writing code isn't enough.
As developers, we naturally focus on features, architecture, and shipping. But after launching my project, I realized that discoverability is just as important.
What I worked on today
- Improved SEO planning
- Reviewed indexing in Google Search Console
- Planned more utility tools
- Continued experimenting with AI-assisted vibe coding to speed up development
The mindset shift
At first, I thought success would come from building more features.
Now I believe success comes from consistently solving real problems and making sure people can actually find those solutions.
Building in public
I'm documenting everything—the wins, mistakes, and lessons—as I build Dev Suit alongside my full-time job.
Day 4 Metrics
