Day 4: Building a Side Hustle Taught Me That Distribution Matters More Than Code

Four days into building Dev Suit, I've learned a lesson I wish I'd understood earlier:

Writing code isn't enough.

As developers, we naturally focus on features, architecture, and shipping. But after launching my project, I realized that discoverability is just as important.

What I worked on today

  • Improved SEO planning
  • Reviewed indexing in Google Search Console
  • Planned more utility tools
  • Continued experimenting with AI-assisted vibe coding to speed up development

The mindset shift

At first, I thought success would come from building more features.

Now I believe success comes from consistently solving real problems and making sure people can actually find those solutions.

Building in public

I'm documenting everything—the wins, mistakes, and lessons—as I build Dev Suit alongside my full-time job.

Day 4 Metrics

  • 💰 Revenue: ₹0
  • 📅 Days Since Launch: 4
  • 🎯 Focus: SEO, content, and shipping consistently
