This post introduces a formal decision-making protocol based on a single invariant:
Δ (delta) represents a measurable positive difference produced by an action.
Rule:
- If Δ ≤ 0 → no action
- If Δ > 0 → minimal execution
The protocol does not recommend actions.
It does not define goals.
It only filters decisions.
If no positive, auditable delta exists, the system remains silent.
This approach is designed to be:
- formal
- reproducible
- non-normative
- compatible with audits and real systems
