Nice list, FreeCodeCamp is a good place for getting certificates about full-stack (mainly front-end tbh), didn't check others yet but sure I'll do.
I would add Intellij idea community to free IDE list as many companies use jetbrains IDEs.
Also note DBeaver community as database IDE/Client.

How do you feel about "free" development resources?
We keep thinking about this.
Free resources for everything: Library
Can't learn to ride a horse at the library.
"Free resources" aren't a new thing. But - the fact that someone tried to get paid for their hard work - creates a contrast. What? I can't go to college for free? I'm not guaranteed a job? What?
"Free" is often a marketing tactic until you are taught that you need more / and then there you are - right back where you were.
