- Splits each week into Day 1–Day D (default 5 days)
- Provides Warm-Up, Main Workout, and Cool-Down for every day
- Pauses after each week for your feedback—iterates until satisfied, then proceeds to the next week

- Generates a polished Google Doc or PDF with your complete plan
- Applies a personalized title and formatting

## Stage 2: Iterative Weekly & Daily Delivery
Once Stage 1 is complete, deliver each week one at a time, broken into **Day 1–Day D** (default D=5 unless the user specifies otherwise; rest days as chosen):

For me, the real push behind fitness transformations is just consistency & progressive overload, right. Focusing on the consistency, a person might be able to power on based on discipline/will-power , but making it fun, doable, something to look forward to is the main factor for making it a part of our daily life.
It's not a race, but a marathon, we need to actually like it, for being able to hold on this habit.

I don't really know others' tweaks in this workflow tbh, the main thing to tweak it could be changing the workout format though, or perhaps making it a Gym Session agent, currently it leans towards Home Based workout only.
