What was your win this week?

Hey there!

Looking back on this past week, what was something you were proud of accomplishing?

All wins count — big or small 🎉

Examples of 'wins' include:

  • Starting a new project
  • Fixing a tricky bug
  • Finishing a great book ... or whatever else might spark joy ❤️

Congrats on your accomplishments this week!

This week was fairly great for me! Here are some wins:

  • I managed to connect my Next.js frontend with my Ghost headless CMS, which retrieves blog posts to render on my static site.
  • styled my company website's blog section.
  • learned a lot of things about Next.js, Ghost, and a little bit of Typescript.
  • reviewed a little bit of Scrum.
  • slowly regaining my momentum again.
  • got to know some interesting people.
  • got to spend my time with my wife for my birthday.

I also would recommend Ghost over WordPress for blogging, it's open source and has great features! Here's a link to the Ghost documentation.

Finally making something work after one week of trying. I found myself smiling for quite some time on Friday. It was a nice end-of-the-week moment. I guess this is why I love the struggle in programming.

I started Hashnode blog at It's a tough decision because I want to focus on my content instead of adjusting website to fit the blog, which is time-consuming for me.

I probably start to publish in English more.

Relaunch of Info Rhino's website

A huge amount of work has gone into rebuilding our web data platform to be data ready.

We relaunched our website with a better description of services and products.

The hope is to relaunch our property platform and a cryptocurrency data platform shortly.

Do take a look as the focus is on collaboration.

This week was awesome for me, here is a break down :

  • Made another submission to the #actionshackathon21: 1 & 2
  • Deployed my first working nft smart contract on solidity for a side project
  • Getting back on the search for a better frontend role.
  • Learning to pace myself to prevent burnout.

It's been a wonderul week and the next will surely be better. Have a wonderful weekend everyone🤗

I decided I want to commit to blogging more regularly. So this week I posted my first new post in a while and have some more lined up. Felt so good to just write my thoughts! ✍️😃

My win of the week has been being part of a team that delivered an outstanding demo this morning to some higher ups in the clients company. We put a lot of work into it and a lot of late hours but, in the end we got some amazing feedback and congratulations for our hard work that really put a nice end to the week.
