Building a County-Scale Real Estate Data Pipeline: Integrating CrawlOS with Supabase for Automated Lead Generation

When you're running real estate wholesaling across 14 counties, manual property research doesn't scale. At Load Bearing Capital, we needed a system that could automatically scrape Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) data across the entire Houston metropolitan area, score leads by investment potential, and deliver qualified prospects every morning without human intervention. We built it on CrawlOS, Supabase, and pg_cron—and it's now generating ~125 scored leads per nightly run. This article walks through our schema design (17 tables), the lbc-hcad-actor deployment pattern, and how to structure automated crawling jobs that respect rate limits while maintaining data freshness across multi-county real estate markets.
