Running a portfolio of six distinct business lines means managing six separate phone identities—but that doesn't mean six separate phone systems. In this post, I'm breaking down how we wired Load Bearing Empire's telecommunications infrastructure using VoIP.ms SIP trunking, Asterisk PJSIP, and VAPI AI for intelligent call routing across Load Bearing Capital, Load Bearing Demo, Quiet Hours Valet, Luchin Credit Repair, Petroleum Noir, and StructCalc AI. We provisioned 6 direct inward dials (DIDs) on the 832 flat-rate plan through VoIP.ms's Dallas POP, registered Asterisk as PJSIP trunk 528502, and integrated VAPI endpoints for AI-powered call handling—all self-hosted on commodity infrastructure. If you're scaling a multi-vertical operation and need granular call control, routing logic, and the ability to layer AI into your telephony without vendor lock-in, this architecture is repeatable and production-proven.
