What is your routine to snap out of a dev funk?

Lately, I've been hitting a wall more often than I would like while I'm programming. No matter how much coffee I drink, I just can't seem to snap out of it. Sometimes, it gets to a point where I'm doing more damage than good. I write sloppy, lazy code. Take shortcuts.

I can't really pinpoint the root cause either. Lack of sleep, stress, kids, distractions.

I've tried all sorts of things but the one thing that has seemed to help me is to exercise vigorously. Do jumping jacks until exhaustion.

What's your routine? How do you identify the root cause? How often do you get into a mental funk?
