TTMCHANGE just delivered a project for RTVTI, a women-led institute in Mogadishu helping Somali women build skills and careers since 2016.
How we keep shipping as a small team:
We go where clients are. Our first client found us through a Facebook ad. In Somalia, that's where businesses live.
We write things down. After my last post, someone advised us to document how each project runs. We did, and it already made this one smoother.
We ship, then improve. A working project in the client's hands beats a perfect one on our laptops.
