You open EstateAI and see credits, property counts, saved outputs and several ways to start working.
Should you upload more photographs, create a property or review an existing result?
The Dashboard helps you find that starting point.
In the first guide of our EstateAI learning series, we break down the actual interface using a supplied Dashboard screenshot and focused close-ups.
Start with your workspace
Before reading the figures, check the workspace selector.
The example shows Personal Workspace, with a message stating that personal properties and personal credits are active.
That context matters before you begin a task or interpret the account overview.
Read the four cards separately
The Dashboard displays four different measures:
- Available credits: The displayed balance—not a guaranteed number of images you can process.
- Properties: The property count and usage indicator shown for the account.
- AI outputs: The output count—not proof that every result has been reviewed.
- Property storage: Storage attributed to originals and generated media.
The numbers in the guide belong to one example account. They are not universal plan allowances.
Find the right next action
Continue working shows recent property entries with thumbnails and supporting details.
Quick actions provides four starting points:
New property → AI services → Upload photos → Review results
Choose the entry point that matches the task. Sometimes the next step is reviewing existing work—not generating another image.
A ready workspace is not an approved result
The Dashboard includes a “Setup complete” message.
That does not, by itself, establish that every property is finished or every image is ready for delivery.
Use the Dashboard to understand your work. Review the actual result before delivering it.
