EstateAI Step by Step · Module 02: Properties · Guide 02.1
Several property shoots. Similar-looking thumbnails. Two records with generic names.
Before starting another edit, which property should you open?
In Part 02.1 of our EstateAI series, we explore the Properties screen using an actual supplied screenshot and focused close-ups.
Start with the workspace
The example shows Personal Workspace.
Its banner explicitly states that private properties are shown and organisation properties are excluded.
That context matters. A property absent from this view is not automatically a deleted or missing record.
Check the workspace and selected view before creating another property.
Source photographs and AI outputs are different
The screen separates Total Images, described as current source photos, from AI Generations, described as saved AI outputs.
Property cards also show photo counts and output counts separately.
A property can contain photographs without having a saved AI result. Likewise, an output count does not confirm that the image has been reviewed or approved.
Uploaded, generated and approved should not be treated as the same thing.
Use search and card details together
The search placeholder lists name, address, client, MLS, tag and ID.
Status controls such as Active, Processing, Completed and Drafts appear above the cards.
Before choosing Open Workspace, compare the property name, thumbnail and counts. Do not rely on a generic name or status badge alone.
The screenshot does not demonstrate the search-matching rules, unopened menu options or deletion behavior. The full guide keeps those limitations clear.
Read the complete screenshot walkthrough
The complete article covers workspace scope, summary counters, search, status views, property cards, Recent Activity and Quick Actions—with screenshots and six FAQs.
