Actually, libraries have free e-books that you can borrow, and you can go to the relevant websites to borrow them. Moreover, those libraries can also register online, so you don't necessarily have to be a resident of that city or county. It's like you can just register an account at home and enjoy these free resources. These libraries include the National Taiwan Library / Taipei City Library / New Taipei City Library / Taichung City Library, etc. There are actually all kinds of books inside, but I personally recommend borrowing e-magazines, because the Taipei Read app currently only supports iPad / iPhone / Mobile and customized readers. **Advantages:**

- If you have a Taipei City Library card, you can borrow a few books for free each month.
