Factor 5 was pain point clarity, worth 0–10 points. Clear, specific, measurable pain points scored high. Vague statements like “We want to improve our processes” scored low.
Total score interpretation was straightforward. 90–100 meant hot lead, priority one, immediate follow-up. 70–89 meant warm lead, follow up within 24 hours. 50–69 meant qualified, nurture sequence. 30–49 meant cold, long-term nurture. 0–29 meant unqualified.
