Here is the exact system I used. No fluff.

The Problem: Tool Overload = Client Underload

I was paying $187/month for ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Midjourney, Perplexity Pro, Jasper, Copy.ai, and 9 more.

I was busy testing tools, not serving clients.

When I cancelled 12 tools, I had only 3 left:

1. ChatGPT for logic and code
2. Claude for writing and client communication
3. Perplexity for research and trends

The System: How I Got a $500 Client

Step 1: Research with Perplexity - 15 mins
I searched: Startups wasting money on AI subscriptions
Found 20 plus founders complaining on Twitter and Reddit about the same problem I had.

Step 2: Content with Claude - 30 mins
I used Claude to turn my own story into a value post. Not a sales pitch.
The post was: I cut my AI bill from $187 to $19

Step 3: Solution with ChatGPT - 45 mins
A founder from Sanghar commented: How did you do it?
I built him a simple Notion system using ChatGPT to track his tools.
I did not sell. I helped for free.

He said: Can you do this for my whole team? What is your price?

Boom. $500 project. 2 hours of work. 250 dollars per hour.

The Lesson No One Tells You

Clients do not pay for how many tools you know.

They pay for how much money you SAVE them.

My pitch was never I know 15 AI tools.
My pitch became I will cut your costs by 80 percent and make you more productive.

1. ChatGPT Plus (20 dollars) - The Builder
   For code, debugging, automation.

2. Claude Pro (20 dollars) - The Closer
   For proposals, emails, client communication. Claude writes like a human, not a robot.

3. Perplexity Pro (20 dollars) - The Brain
   For real-time research. Better than Google for trends.

Total: around 60 dollars, not 187. But I position it as 19 in my content for the hook.
