The 60-second reset
- Sit tall and let your shoulders drop.
- Extend one arm forward, palm up, with the elbow soft.
- With the other hand, gently draw the fingers toward the floor for 10 seconds.
- Turn the palm down and repeat with a light pull for 10 seconds.
- Switch sides, then finish with a few slow wrist circles.
