Long screen sessions can leave your shoulders and hips feeling stuck. Try these gentle, no-equipment resets at your desk.
1. Seated shoulder + neck reset (60 seconds)
Sit tall with both feet on the floor. Inhale, then exhale as you:
- Roll your shoulders slowly up, back, and down five times.
- Let your right ear drift toward your right shoulder; hold for three easy breaths.
- Switch sides, then finish with three relaxed shoulder rolls.
2. Seated hip opener + spine twist (60 seconds)
- Cross your right ankle over your left knee and hinge forward slightly with a long spine.
- Take three slow breaths, then switch sides.
- Place both feet down, rest your hands on your thighs, and gently rotate your chest to the right and left.
Keep the movement comfortable—no bouncing or sharp pain. Repeat every 60–90 minutes during a desk day.
