Asking for help is hard. It feels like it shows weakness. But in fact, it's a huge strength.
Now and then, I feel like I have to do it all alone to prove myself. But every time I finally reached out, things got easier. Problems were solved faster, my questions were answered immediately, and I learned much more. People want to help. It makes us all better.
Asking doesn't mean you've failed. It means you're smart enough to know that collaboration can get you further than solo. It's growth, not weakness.
