Solopreneur OS – Notion Template Guide
Overview
This template gives you a unified command center for your solo business. It’s built around three interconnected databases: Tasks, Goals, and Weekly Review. The system is designed to bring clarity to your daily work and long-term priorities.
Getting Started
- Duplicate the template into your Notion workspace. All pages and databases will be copied.
- Review the starter examples – they show you how each entry is structured. Replace them with your own data.
- Set up your Goals first (see below). Then add tasks that align with those goals.
The Three Pillars
1. Goals Database
- Properties: Title, Description, Target Date (date), Status (checkbox: Active / Achieved), Priority (Low / Medium / High), Linked Tasks (relation to Tasks).
-
Views:
- Active Goals – filter by Status = Active. Sort by Priority.
- Goal Timeline – gallery view grouped by Target Date (quarterly).
- Pro Tip: Limit active goals to 3. This keeps you from spreading too thin.
2. Tasks Database
- Properties: Task Name, Status (To Do / In Progress / Done), Due Date, Urgency (Low / Medium / High), Effort (small / medium / large), Related Goal (relation to Goals), Energy (note: low / medium / high).
-
Views:
- Today’s Focus – filter by Due Date = Today, sorted by Urgency.
- This Week – filter by Due Date within the current week. Group by Status.
- By Goal – board view
