I've been building IOCombats solo for a while now, a free platform helping frontend developers in India (and beyond) prepare for interviews and get hired. No content paywall, no signup wall on most of it, just practice, proof of skill, and a job board.
A quick snapshot of where things stand: 3,536+ developers on the platform, 4,870+ job applications submitted through it, 135+ interview questions with full answers, 170+ UI challenges and build blocks, and a live frontend system design practice tool (coming this month) most competitors only offer as static reading content.
That side of things is going well. What isn't built out yet is the community around it, our LinkedIn page and WhatsApp group are both small, and I don't have the bandwidth to grow both while also shipping product. So I'm looking for two volunteers.
What I'm looking for
A LinkedIn Community Manager to grow our page from an early stage, post updates, engage with comments, and build real conversations with the frontend dev community.
A WhatsApp Community Manager to grow our group from the ground up, keep it active, welcome new members, and share relevant resources and opportunities.
Both are genuinely early-stage. Neither channel has much of an audience yet, that's the actual opportunity, you'd be building it, not maintaining something already established.
What this is, and isn't
This is unpaid. I want to be upfront about that instead of burying it in the details. What you get instead: real ownership over a community you're building from scratch, a front-row seat as we grow (hackathons and webinars are next on the roadmap), and something concrete to point to if community or DevRel work is a direction you're interested in.
