We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join Realmo — an international IT and Data Science company headquartered in Boston.
Realmo is building next-generation solutions for the commercial real estate market using AI, Big Data, and blockchain technologies. Our goal is to make the industry more transparent and efficient.
Our team is fully remote and operates within the European time zone.
Tech Stack
- PHP 8.2

We place strong emphasis on code quality, refactoring, and system optimization. Our team includes dedicated QA specialists to maintain high development standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-load backend modules
- Actively contribute to the migration and development of the project using Laravel
- Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems
- Integrate with external services and third-party systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, planning, and architectural discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Experience with high-load systems, Big Data, or Machine Learning is a strong plus
- Ability to read and write in English (spoken English is not required)
- Fluent Russian language is required
