Most launch posts ask you to read a thread, watch a demo, or sign up for another waitlist.
I wanted something a little more fun: a tiny founder challenge where SaaS makers can compete instead.
BuilderBench is a free web game for builders. It gives you eight events, one all-round score, and a leaderboard where the top five scores can show their SaaS links.
The events are:
- Reaction Time
- Sequence Memory
- Aim Trainer
- Number Memory
- Verbal Memory
- Chimp Test
- Visual Memory
- Typing
That mix is funny because it accidentally tests a bunch of founder traits:
- Can you react fast without overthinking?
- Can you remember the next step after ten distractions?
- Can you stay accurate under pressure?
- Can you type cleanly when your brain is moving faster than your hands?
It is not trying to be a serious productivity framework. It is just a quick, competitive builder benchmark.
If your SaaS makes the top five, your link gets shown there. No paid placement, no weird growth-hack promise, just a simple leaderboard challenge for people building things.
Try it here: https://www.buildersbenchmark.com/
My favorite part is that it gives founders a better call to action than “please check out my launch.”
Instead, it is:
Can you beat the other builders?
