Most AI agent content is written for engineers. Meanwhile the people who actually need agents - operators, writers, analysts, small-business owners - are told to "learn Python first." That always felt backwards to me, so we built a course that starts from the work, not the code.
The course
AI Agents for Non-Programmers: Zero to Operator in 12 Lessons is now live on Gumroad.
The pitch in one line: give your AI assistant hands, tools, and a daily job - without writing a single line of code.
What you build
Not a chatbot. By the end of the 12 lessons you'll have built your first multi-agent system from scratch: a small crew of AI workers that divide tasks, use tools, and hand finished work back to you. The path goes zero to operator:
- start with a single assistant that can use tools
- give it real, repeatable jobs from your own workday
- graduate to a multi-agent system where agents divide the labor
Who it's for
Anyone whose job is full of repeatable digital work: weekly research, report assembly, inbox triage, data checks. If you can write a clear instruction, you can run an agent. No programming background required - that's the entire point.

We run AI agents in production daily for our own market-research operation (the same one that produces the sentiment index you see in our weekly briefs), and the course distills that operating experience into a non-programmer path. If you've been watching the agent wave from the sidelines, this is the on-ramp.
