Starting your career with 40 commits

Calling Tech Juniors in Japan!

As a junior, it can be tough to get opportunities with limited practical experience, especially in such a saturated and competitive market.

If you're eager to pursue a career in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Front End Development, Backend Development, QA, or DevOps, but just need a bit more practice with actual teammates, consider joining the 40 Commits Challenge under the guidance of our experienced mentors!

We believe that there's no age limit to learning, but we're mainly prioritizing to help out juniors who don't have much experience yet in the field such as freelancers, fresh college graduates, incoming bootcamp graduates, and career shifters.

This is a FREE program and we're only accepting juniors from Japan for this first batch of mentees. But of course, we're considering expanding our reach globally if this initiative proves to be a success!

To learn more about this initiative, please check out our Notion page and sign up for our program through the form.

We are looking forward to working with you!
