A common assumption is that more context improves accuracy.

Many discussions about AI focus on model capability.

But production systems reveal a different reality.
Reliable AI requires:

- access-aware retrieval
- index freshness discipline
- controlled context construction
CRM systems are deterministic.
LLMs are probabilistic.
