Live streaming right now on Twitch! (update: All done!)

Hey there!

I'm Mike Bifulco, Technical Director for thegymnasium.com. Once a week I jump on Twitch to livestream some of the projects I'm working on.

Coming at you live!

This week I'm working on a complete overhaul of our marketing pages using Gatsby and Storybook. It's a lot of node, and a lot of react - and I'm learning as I go. None of this scripted.

Catch the stream on our homepage, or on Twitch @irreverentmike. See you there!

Good luck, Mike. It's very interesting choice to go up on Twitch, love the idea, I'm following and gonna check for updates. Cheers !

Looking forward to having you on! Streaming on Twitch is an interesting thing - it causes me to act a lot more intentionally, and talk through my thoughts as I'm working. It means I'm learning just as much as I'm helping folks learn... or at least, that's what I hope!

Catch you on the next stream. You can subscribe on twitch to get notified the next time I start, too 👍

Yeah, already did. Looking forward to as well. It is interesting, indeed. One's thinking while producing code instead of having everything done can be really significant.

Thanks for hanging out today! Got some great questions from chat. See you next week.

Single Responsibility Principle (or SRP) is one of the most important concepts in software development. The main idea of this concept is: all pieces of software must have only a single responsibility.
