Which customer data was affected?
The breach exposed certain customer data, which includes unique user IDs, first and last names, email addresses, and roles within the platform.
The company clarified that the attack did not affect survey information, passwords, or digital session keys.

After identifying the incident, Chainalysis began fixing the security gaps and strengthening the protection of its systems.
