The 18 Fold has three rear cameras and offers greater optical zoom than the iPhone Duo. It starts at 10.999 yuan, about $1.640, and is currently only available in China.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8: the main rival in the US
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 is expected to be the main competitor to the iPhone Duo in the US. It has a wider shape than the almost square previous models, with 7,6-inch and 5,5-inch screens. It has two rear cameras and costs from $ 1.900, which is $ 100 less than the original price of the Duo.
Oppo Find N6: thin when closed
The Oppo Find N6 has a 6,62-inch external display and an 8,12-inch internal display. When closed, it is 8,93mm thick. For comparison, the iPhone 18 Pro is 8,75mm thick and the iPhone Duo is 11,3mm.
The Find N6 has a 6.000mAh battery, supports 80W wired charging, and features a 200-megapixel main camera. Its price starts at 9.999 yuan, about $1.490. There is an international version that is expected to work in other regions, but the phone is not officially sold in the US.
Motorola Razr Fold: available in the US
The Motorola Razr Fold is already available in stores in the US. It has a 6,6-inch external display and an 8,1-inch internal display. The maximum brightness of the internal display reaches 6.000 nits, twice the 3.000 nits of the iPhone Duo.
The phone has a 6.000mAh battery, supports 80W wired charging, and has three rear cameras. The internal display supports a $100 stylus. The Razr Fold starts at $1.900.
Apple's software changes
