Legal AI startup Legora has announced a $550 million Series E funding round, bringing its valuation to $8.8 billion and pushing annual recurring revenue past $200 million.
The round, led by Atreides Management, will support the company's ongoing expansion across North America as demand for workflow automation tools in the legal sector continues to grow.
The announcement was made on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The new funding comes a few months after a previous $50 million round announced in April, which valued the company at $5,6 billion.
Revenue and investors
Legora said its annual recurring revenue now exceeds $200 million, double the $100 million it had last spring. The new round was led by Atreides Management, with participation from Baron Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Menlo and others.
The next plans
The company plans to use the new funds to expand further in North America. In the same space, its main competitor, Harvey, announced a similar funding of $550 million at a valuation of $15,5 billion last month.
