The Asus ProArt P16 comes in different versions. The base model starts at $2.799,99 and features an 18-core chip, 24 gigabytes of memory, 512 gigabytes of storage, and a 16-inch 4K touchscreen display. A second option is available that offers 32 gigabytes of memory and 1 terabyte of storage for $3.399,99, while keeping the same display.
The test model configured through Asus' website costs $4.399,99 and features a 20-core chip, a 3K resolution display, 64 gigabytes of memory, and 1 terabyte of storage. The top-of-the-line version goes for $6.999,99 and includes a 4K touchscreen, 128 gigabytes of memory, 2 terabytes of storage, and the 20-core chip. The Asus ProArt P16 is available in Nano black and Neo white.
Connections and capabilities
The computer has a host of ports, including 40Gbps USB Type-C ports that support display connectivity and charging, an HDMI port, a 3,5mm headphone jack, a 10Gbps USB-A port, and a full-size SD card slot, as well as support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Testing local AI models
When testing local AI models, such as Qwen 3.5 9b, Nemotron 3 Nano 4b and Gemma 4 12B, Nvidia management programs and special drivers were used. The test version with 64 gigabytes of memory was unable to load larger 120B to 125B+ models, such as DeepSeek-V3 and Qwen 3.8 Flash Next. At the same time, automation tools were set up using Microsoft's Get Started application on the computer.
