Indian startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a funding round backed by Nvidia.
The company focuses on software that automates AI model deployment and performance optimization.
By streamlining how models are served and scaled, Simplismart aims to increase efficiency and reduce GPU infrastructure dependency.
The startup, which works with platforms like HeyGen and InVideo, plans to use the investment to scale operations in the U.S. and expand its inference software development.
The funding reached $14 million and the capital move was led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax. With this deal, the four-year-old company is now valued at $100 million.
Simplismart was founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain, a former Oracle engineer, and Devans Ghatak, a former Google engineer.
What does the company's software do?
Businesses often struggle to run AI programs reliably and cost-effectively at scale. Simplismart's software automates processes such as model deployment, sizing, monitoring, and performance tuning.

The company says it has helped video production platform InVideo reduce its equipment costs by 56%, and is working with companies including HeyGen, Higgsfield and Ema, as well as Indian infrastructure provider Yotta.
The relationship with Nvidia
Although Nvidia makes the chips that power the AI, while Simplismart's software helps in some cases use less hardware, the two companies work closely together.
They have already developed technical connections involving special data processing software, while Nvidia believes that making the systems run more efficiently can ultimately encourage the greater spread of artificial intelligence.
Simplismart intends to use the new funds to expand its presence in the United States, grow its team, and continue the development of its software.
