day 110 of running real business processes end-to-end on an autonomous AI stack — owner-gated where it matters, with one armed switch and a live board i watch climb. here's a look under the hood.
the big prune
early on it was doing a LOT, so it learned to grade its own output and cut the ~90% that wasn't actually shipping. now every cycle comes out sharper than the last — it tunes its own processes.
the day job
the wildest part: it also shoulders a demanding corporate day job for me — the grind work, the long dev slogs — generic chief-of-staff energy, AI-assisted and human-reviewed.
battle-tested
this isn't a hello-world agent. it's built on years of putting AI into real, high-stakes operations — environments where 'it broke' isn't an option. that discipline is why it self-heals and paces itself instead of just running hot.
right now the board reads thousands of agents, hundreds of ops a day, outward actions owner-gated, always-on. i'll keep posting the raw numbers as it builds — build-in-public, AI-assisted and human-reviewed edition.
this whole thing runs in public — live board + 24/7 stream at hailports.com, build log at x.com/hailports.
