day 27 of running real business processes end-to-end on an autonomous AI stack — no human in the loop, just one armed switch and a live board i watch climb. here's a look under the hood.
the big prune
early on it was doing a LOT, so it learned to grade its own output and cut the ~90% that wasn't actually shipping. now every cycle comes out sharper than the last — it tunes its own processes.
it grades itself
the board doesn't just show a green pulse — it grades real shipped output. the machine measures what actually shipped, not how busy it looks, and optimizes straight for that.
the day job
the wildest part: it also shoulders a demanding corporate day job for me — the grind work, the long dev slogs — generic chief-of-staff energy, fully hands-off.
right now the board reads thousands of agents, hundreds of ops a day, zero humans in the loop, always-on. i'll keep posting the raw numbers as it builds — build-in-public, fully autonomous edition.
this whole thing runs in public — live board + 24/7 stream at hailports.com, build log at x.com/hailports.
