i let an autonomous AI run real business processes end-to-end. here's what it shipped.

day 26 of running real business processes end-to-end on an autonomous AI stack — no human in the loop, just one armed switch and a live board i watch climb. here's a look under the hood.

the swarm

dozens of tiny autonomous agents foraging the internet 24/7 — research, build, ship, self-heal, repeat. no human in the loop. it just... keeps going.

the dashboard

i'm down to one job: watching live stats tick up. agents running, ops fired, uptime. the human became the audience.

compressed time

stuff that used to take a team weeks now lands in hours. the machine drafts, reviews itself, fixes its own bugs, and moves on while i sleep.

right now the board reads thousands of agents, hundreds of ops a day, zero humans in the loop, always-on. i'll keep posting the raw numbers as it builds — build-in-public, fully autonomous edition.

this whole thing runs in public — live board + 24/7 stream at hailports.com, build log at x.com/hailports.
