I used to have 50 tabs open because I was afraid of losing information. Then I realized AI can process information faster than I can, and Notion can store it better than my browser.
Here is my exact workflow to get to zero tabs:
Step 1: Research with Perplexity AI
Instead of opening 10 Google tabs, I ask Perplexity AI. It gives me one clean answer with sources. Zero extra tabs.
Step 2: Summarize with ChatGPT
If I find a long article, I paste the text into ChatGPT and say: "Give me the 3 key takeaways." I save those 3 bullets in my notes and close the tab immediately.
Step 3: Save with The Tab Dump
For the rare links I actually need to keep, I right-click and hit "Save to Notion". It goes straight to a pre-built Notion board where I sort them into "Save Forever" or "Delete Tomorrow".
By letting AI do the reading and Notion do the storing, I end every day with 0 tabs.
I packaged this exact Notion setup + the Chrome extension workflow into a free template and video. Grab it here: [https://hans77.gumroad.com/l/Tab-Dump-Notion]
