Leetcode, hackerrank, any platform that provides coding challenges, solve 1 problem every day - start from the very basic ones, spend a couple of hours trying to solve it if it gets too complicated. In case you lack motivation, ask an AI to solve it and give you a detailed explanation. No days wasted, just one problem.
Just build stuff, don't get into tutorial hell, you learn something, you build something, or apply it somewhere, progress is not linear. You don't have to finish your large 30-class Udemy course (or whatever platform); those certificates are worthless, and it's just "fake productivity."
Last but not least, be resilient. You won't become a senior engineer in two days. Go back to the basics from time to time and don't get desperate, because experience does matter.
