NPM Packages: Is there a problem??

I would like to know, what is the problem that you guys face and wish there was an NPM package for it?

I have these series of questions for all the developers out there.

2. What are the major setbacks in the NPM package that exists already as a solution for these NPM packages?

Problem Statement: iCal Package.

Major Setbacks: No proper documentation or what so ever about it.

Solution: Maybe a proper package with complete detailed documentation on the usage or so on.
