A while back I shared Build App here — a free tool to turn a zipped project into an installable APK without any local Android setup.
Since then I've added Windows desktop builds. Same flow: upload your zip, pick "Windows" as the target platform, get a .exe back. Works for Flutter, .NET MAUI/C#, Python (Briefcase), and Go.
Still free, still no account required for occasional use.
