"When you’re not sure what makes you prouder: the software or the demo video" 😅

I recently reopened my Etsy store — it technically existed for four years, but it was unused.

A few weeks ago, I decided to redesign and re-orient it to sell my own digital products.

Because I’m running many long-term projects, I wanted to create things that could be built relatively fast, but still be high-quality, useful, and business-oriented.

So I started with HTML and WordPress website templates for small businesses.
Then something clicked.

If small businesses are getting websites… they should also be able to have their own mobile apps.
But that raised a big problem:
Most business owners don’t know how to code, and even if they get an app, they need to:

change branding
update products
adjust prices
run promotions
and do it safely without breaking the app
So I asked myself:
How can I give them full control without giving them technical risk?
And that’s how the idea of a wizard was born.

I built a desktop application that takes a base app (in this case, a Kawaii Bakery app) and lets anyone:

change the logo, name, and colors
edit the menu and prices
enable WhatsApp ordering
and generate their own Android APK
No coding.
No Android Studio.
No risk.

They can rebuild the app as many times as they want — seasonal menus, special events, new products, everything.
After finishing it, I made a full demo video… and honestly now I can’t decide what I like more — the software or the demo 😄
If you’re curious what a no-code app builder for small businesses actually looks like, I posted the demo here:
