Post-Quantum Blockchain Meets AI with 14 Brain Regions – Built by One Developer

Two separate projects, now converging.

Project 1 — Uracil Chain

A blockchain built from scratch in Rust with:

  • Falcon post-quantum signatures (most chains use ECDSA which quantum computers will eventually break)
  • Serial-based asset tracking — every token unit has a forensic history
  • Four consensus mechanisms: PoW, PoS, PoAuth, and Proof of Useful Work via ZK protein folding
  • Dual chain architecture for instant + secure settlement

Project 2 — ConsciousLLM

An AI system built from scratch with:

  • 14 neural networks modelled on biological brain regions
  • 4 distinct cognitive personalities for different task types
  • Weighted voting on every generated token
  • A dream daemon that consolidates memory while idle
  • Sovereign security — the AI only answers to its verified creator

Where They're Going Together

A blockchain where the interface is an AI. A mind
that holds assets, executes transactions, resolves
disputes, and answers only to its owner.

Built by one developer. No VC funding. No team.

Looking for ZK cryptographers, Rust contributors,
and anyone who thinks the current AI and blockchain
landscape is missing something fundamental.
