Setup editorconfig and config files

1. Create editorconfig config file touch .editorconfig

2. Update .editorconfig to look like this.
   

   # EditorConfig is awesome: https://EditorConfig.org
   
   # top-most EditorConfig file
   root = true
   
   # Unix-style newlines with a newline ending every file
   [*]
   end_of_line = lf
   insert_final_newline = true
   charset = utf-8
   

3. git add .

4. git commit -m 'setup editorconfig
