Finally, a vibe coding tool that actually works for non-coders!
I just tested WeWeb, an AI-powered app builder (kinda like Lovable, with a no-code editor similar to Bubble), to build a meme generator app.
Now, a meme generator might sound simple...
The tricky part was building an intuitive editor so users can easily customize their memes.
Sure, I could’ve just relied on Imgflip’s API, but I wanted users to drag, drop, rotate, and style the text however they want.
So, I used WeWeb’s AI to generate a custom image editor component, and... here’s the wild part: I have zero coding experience.
After a few iterations (and some back-and-forth with ChatGPT), I built the whole app in less than 4 hours.
The coolest thing I found about WeWeb is that you can seamlessly switch between AI mode and no-code mode, which makes building fun and fast.
