A new admin template project for Vue.js with Inkline

Hi. I started a new admin template project for Vue.js.

I will write detailed documentation :) But it uses Inkline's itself :)

I think you can add new fill the charts page and the buttons page needs to be filled. This template still under development, so there are many blank pages :) They didn't create :)
