I Built a Free Real Estate Property Flyer Generator (Because Canva Charges $156/year)

Last year I was helping a friend — a real estate agent — create a property flyer for a listing. They needed something professional: a clean, print-ready one-pager with the address, price, key features, and their contact info.

I opened Canva. Found a decent template. Filled in the details. Hit download.

It worked. But then I thought: I just spent 20 minutes on a single flyer. And I'm paying $156 a year for this? For something I'll maybe use four times?

So I built something better that afternoon.

The Problem

Canva Pro is fantastic — if you're a full-time designer. But for independent real estate agents who need 1–4 flyers a month, it's overkill and overpriced:
