As the Founder of ReThynk AI, I want to remove one fear from the beginning:
AI is not for techies. AI is for people who want leverage.
Most people delay AI because they think:
- “I’m not technical.”
- “I’ll look stupid.”
- “I’ll do it later.”
But fluency doesn’t come from intelligence. It comes from a simple habit.
Here’s the habit I follow:
I use AI once a day to solve one real problem.
Not to play. Not to test features.
To solve something practical:
- rewrite a message
- plan my day
- understand a topic
- prepare for an interview
- draft a proposal
- organise thoughts
When I do this daily, fear fades automatically.
Democratisation of AI is not only access to tools. It is access to confidence.
And confidence is built by repetition.

This resonates a lot. The “AI for leverage, not techies” framing is spot on. Using AI once a day for a real problem is such an underrated habit — that’s exactly how fear disappears and confidence builds. Great reminder that fluency comes from repetition, not technical depth.
I’m glad that framing resonated with you. Using AI consistently on real problems is often what builds confidence and fluency over time. When the focus is on leverage rather than technical depth alone, AI becomes more accessible and genuinely useful in day-to-day work. I appreciate you adding this thoughtful reflection.
