The topic of organizational leadership is clearly one that engineering leaders are thinking about. As a former engineering leader myself, I certainly feel the same way! I know it's an area that I felt a lot of pressure in. Every engineering leader feels like they need to do everything and be everywhere. With that pressure, how can we really focus on the areas that will take our engineering organizations from good to great?
