I Built a Free Streaming Site for Movies, Anime & Cartoons — Meet "Option" 🎬

I'm Jayaditya, and I recently built a streaming website called Option that brings together movies, TV shows, anime, and cartoons — all in one place, with a smooth UI and no ads or signups.

💡 Why I Built This
It started when I wanted a clean, easy way to watch anime without bouncing between sketchy websites.
From there, the idea grew — what if I could build a place to watch everything I like, with a smooth user experience?
So I made it happen.
This project also means a lot to me personally — I built it as a tribute to someone I really admire: Sireesha. Her presence and inspiration pushed me to finish this and go beyond my limits.
⚙️ Tech Stack
- React + Vite for blazing-fast performance
- Tailwind CSS + Shadcn UI for clean, responsive UI
- TMDB API to fetch all movie/show metadata
- Vidlink iframe for streaming player
- Cloudflare Workers to bypass TMDB's regional restrictions
- Hosted on Vercel
🚀 What's Next
- Add Watchlist & Favourites
- Better filters for anime, movies, genres
- Login/auth support (maybe Supabase?)
