i'm building a platform for developers to find work. suggestions?

Hello 👋 fellow devs!

i was frustrated with the existing ways of finding work as a developer (freelance/remote-full-time), so i started to build my own. it will be ready for its first users at the end of this week (hopefully) but there is still time to change things. i'm interested in the opinions/suggestions of the dev community (you) to make it the best it can be.

I think the sentence is stil time to change things is the direct opposite of agile philosophy, so, launch the product and iterate.
