Build the shop’s website first. They pay after they have seen it

A baker or a bike shop in a Dutch town does not want a discovery call. They have already had someone at the door with a 48-month contract. They do not know which font to pick. Asking them to "brief" a site they cannot see yet is why those contracts exist.

The other way around: build the site first, on their real name and opening hours. Bring a tablet. If it is wrong, throw it away. If it is right, they sign and pay before it goes live.

That last part matters. "Pay after go-live" is how shops end up with a site they never approved. We take the one-off fee at the signed agreement, then flip the domain. Live within 24 hours of receiving that payment. Monthly hosting is cancellable.

We are doing this for shops in Vlaardingen and nearby. The product is live — not a waitlist, not a fake checkout.

No invented customer count. We are after the first paying customer on this channel. If you run a shop without a site, or you already build sites this way, I want the honest objection.
